Our company was founded in 2008 by a group of coffee veterans and coffee lovers. We are passionate about coffee, especially our coffee.
We work directly with producers and processors in Kona to secure the finest single-estates from each harvest season. We decide this by sample roasting and cupping each lot before we decide to secure and purchase our coffees each season.
We spend a great deal of time tasting and perfecting the roast of our coffees in our beautiful, state-of-the-art roastery. Our roastery is equipped with a Probatino sample roaster, which we use to sample roast green coffee and develop specific roast recipes for each of our coffees to accentuate its unique flavors. We have two additional roasters, the Giesen W15 and the Probat G60 which allows us to efficiently and precisely artisan roast coffee orders of any size to ensure the freshness of each batch.
