Alcohol Broker/ Brand Ambassador

If you have experience in the beverage industry under a state Alc. broker or want to make a change from behind the bar to driving cases through off premise and on-premise accounts, we want to talk to you! We are on-boarding the selected candidates in mid-April with a launch date set in May of 2020.
Your responsibilities include calling on assigned territory accounts, establishing product placement and project managing your assigned territory accounts. In addition, you will be responsible for engaging and educating consumers on our products while increasing retail sales during in-store events.
Things to consider: Must be over 21 and be willing to conduct sales presentation, take the position seriously and conduct Adult Beverage (alcohol) demonstrations and be the image of our company brand. Company will provide on-board training, sales tool kit, target marketing programs, ongoing career development and direct leadership under your assigned territory.
This position will perform a wide range of activities ranging from brand placement, brand promotion, training, product merchandising, managing and selling of products and services into an account. The Alcohol Broker/ Brand Ambassador daily hours will be up to an 8-hour day with tastings and activations on weekends. Interact in a professional friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner with management, clients, and consumers in any setting. Generate brand awareness and positive product impressions to increase sales. Set up, break down, product preparation and sampling during in-store demonstrations will be required.
Qualifications: College Degree preferred. Previous experience as Alc. beverage broker, beer and or spirit sales reps, and bartenders. Having worked with alcohol sale placement into accounts is highly preferred under premium brand build out. Experience in event marketing, demonstrations, sales, brand promotion and retail grocery verse restaurants. RASC a plus, will train and pay for certification of qualified candidates if they do not have. https://www.tipsalcohol.com/ Timely completion of all call reports, paperwork, and on-going assignments under excel reporting, online and CRM system is mandatory through weekly meetings.
Knowledge and Ability: Work effectively with management, excellent written communication and verbal communication skills, incredible interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines is required. Physical requirements ability to lift and or push up to 50 pounds. Driving is a key duty or function of this job.
Participate in mandatory on-line training and conference calls. Attends initial training via on-line and conference call (specific date still TBD) as well as ongoing monthly product training, team meetings, client trainings, etc. is a requirement. This position is under a W9 offering and a commission-based position with potential monthly retainer upon experience. This position could lead to company employment if you perform your territory goals and expectations of volume case placement.
