...A creative thinker, able to look at the big company picture and communicate efficiently with other teams to create a seamless experience.
I'm a homebrewer with over a decade of culturing experience. I teach others how to ferment at home or for others. Always on the lookout for new ways of doing things, I'm also dedicated to learning from others and refining what works.
Building networks and relationships with other people has been a hallmark of my career. "Many hands make light work," my mom used to say and she was right! A team aligned to a common goal can do incredible things.
I'm looking for a position where I can use my skills in fermentation, experimentation, encouraging others, and documenting company-wide knowledge to provide the best possible customer experience. But if you want a distillery rat to learn the ropes, I sure wouldn't say no!
