Their education department is responsible for training both staff and customers in the ever changing landscape of the beverage industry. With multiple staff members who have earned their Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) from the Society of Wine Educators, Hayden Beverage holds multiple service trainings, blending seminars, and production workshops.

Job Description At A Glance:
This Craft Beverage Featured Listing is for a Sales Manager position covering the Lewiston/Moscow territory. The position will work under the General Manager of Sales Idaho North and be responsible for meeting sales objectives, developing a sales team and ensuring quality customer service for your market area.
- Duties, Responsibilities & Requirements
- Addressing Sales issues and improving sales results
- Respond to Supplier & Customer needs
- Hire, Train, Manage and Develop Sales Team for wine, beer & non-alcoholic departments
- Build long-term relationships that grow HBC
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 5 years sales experience minimum
- Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook & Power Point
We are looking for a professional individual that can demonstrate strong leadership, performance development, and goal oriented accountability skills. This position primarily works Monday through Friday but must be available for occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays. If you are competitive, organized and ready for a challenge, please complete an application.
